Who produces your prints?
All prints are created by Football Scribbles and printed out on a premium inkjet printer.
Who produces your tote bags/t-shirts?
All totes and t-shirts are created by Football Scribbles. Each design is hand drawn and then printed upon request in house.

Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipping within the following timelines -
Order of existing item (prints and stickers) - 2 business days.
Order of bespoke item (prints, bracelets, totes or t-shirts which are produced on demand) - 7-10 business days.

What shipping options are available?
All mail is sent out Tracked 48 via Royal Mail for UK addresses.
For orders from Ireland you can choose between Standard or tracked shipping.
What if my order is missing or damaged?
Once an order has been posted, then the delivery is out of my hands. Should there be an issue such as damaged or missing mail I will of course liaise with Royal Mail to come to a solution i.e refund. Royal Mail will not accept a lost post claim before 10 working days. If post arrives damaged, then please provide me with clear photos of the damage so I can claim back from Royal Mail.

Will my order have customs charges?
If you are ordering from a country outside of the UK then there may be customs charges. Please check with your local post office for details of this. Payment of customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
In the event you need to return or exchange an item, these will be accepted for an item of equal value as long as the item you received is first returned. An address can be provided upon request.
I cannot accept returns on Bespoke Prints if you notice an error that you didn't see when I sent the drawing to to for review. Please ensure you are checking the print carefully. Every effort is made to include the right information but it can be hard with some players to ratify what is on popular information sites is correct.
Free Prints
How do I get a free print?
Every WSL match day you could get yourself a free print, when buying any other fully priced print (i.e. not an imperfect print), tote or t-shirt on my store, if a player that I have previously drawn has scored on that match day and is available for purchase.

When you have added your print to your cart, navigate to the cart and click "Add Note". This is where you will choose your player that you would like free (if they scored that weekend).

The free print can only be added to your order with a purchase of another full priced print, tote bag or t-shirt. If you order another item (bracelet, imperfect print etc.) and request a free print then this will not be provided.

I forgot to add a note! Can I still get the free player print?
Unfortunately this can offer can only be claimed if a note is added to the order.

How long do I have to claim this offer each game week?
You will have until the Wednesday of the next week (or 3 days if they are midweek games) to claim it. Any notes added for the player prints after this cannot be fulfilled.

A player scored that I would like a print of, but you don't have them in your store, can you draw them so I can get it please?
Unfortunately this is only available for already created prints. Your only way to get the new player is to order the "New Player Print" option within Club Players. Or wait for someone else to!

If more than one player you have available scores, can I have both?
Unfortunately you can only choose one print.

If I order 2 prints, can I have 2 free prints?
Sorry, only 1 free print per order.
