A Visual Journey

As an artistic professional, I’m always looking for the next opportunity to translate what I experience into art.

I am a Hampshire based artist, currently rediscovering an old love in painting and drawing. I studied Fine Art at college and university, and I loved it for a while but being forced to do it every day took the love away somewhat. I realised recently that I've never been the type to paint just because, I need a meaning behind what I'm working on, which is why it’s been 12 years. Art offers the best opportunity to relate our adversity, and express the battles present within ourselves.

I recently got my creative flow back after some pretty major life events so seeing how it goes! Art has always helped me ask questions about myself, questions I may not always be able to answer, but it’s a start to understanding why I do certain things, why I think certain things in certain ways. 

I have experience in a range of media, although I have my own particular preferences that I keep coming back to, mainly acrylic on canvas. If my style speaks to you, I’d love to work with you in the future.
